Compensation Plan

This is the compensation plan of GSL, a company that strives for mutual growth.

GSL not only establishes itself as a general distribution company that leads Korea by developing and distributing products and daily necessities related to health and beauty necessary for people of the modern age, but we also provide a compensation system to ensure stability and affluence for members that grow together with the company.

1. Member

An adult who is 19 years of age or older who is not an incumbent public official, schoolteacher, student, or someone who has breached the relevant laws that has been qualified as a salesperson our company.

Required Documents
  1. 1 copy of membership registration application (Submit a membership registration application by mail within 2 months even if you sign up online.)
  2. 1 copy of ID card
  3. 1 copy of bank passbook
2. Member Classification
General Member
  1. Qualification: A person who has been qualified as a member by applying for membership registration.
  2. Benefits: Entitled to purchase GSL products at member pricing and sell products at retail.
Regular Member
  1. Qualification: Refers to a person who has accumulated a personal sales record of 1 million PV or more after obtaining general membership.
  2. Classification: The first rank is classified as Silver according to the individual's personal sales performance.
  3. Benefit: Entitled to receive bonuses provided by GSL.
3. Types of Bonuses(all bonus payment criteria are based on sales performance PV)

4. Product Group
  1. General product line: Refers to sales performance of products that all members can purchase.
  2. Set product line: Refers to sales performance of products that can be purchased by members of Silver rank or higher.
5. Member/Rank Type and Rank Promotion Criteria

General Membership Those who have become a member by completing the prescribed membership registration application
Silver Those who have accumulated 1 million PV or more in personal product sales after registering as a member regardless of the period (no period)
Gold Those who are members with a personal sales record of more than 1.9 million PV within the week deadline after membership registration or members with personal sales records of more than 900,000 PV within the week deadline after being promoted to the rank of Silver
Red Star Those who are members with a cumulative total minor sales performance of 5 million PV or more, regardless of the period from the week in which the member was promoted to the rank of Gold
Green Star Those who have cultivated one or more Red Stars in two lines in their downline, and who have earned more than 20 million PV in total minor sales performance PV over six months (24 weeks) from the next week after promotion to the rank of Red Star.
Owner Society Those who have cultivated one or more Green Stars in two lines in their downline, and who have earned more than 50 million PV in total minor sales performance PV over six months (24 weeks) from the next week after promotion to the rank of Green Star.
Crown Those who have cultivated one or more OS' in two lines in their downline, and who have earned more than 100 million PV in total minor sales performance PV over six months (24 weeks) from the next week after promotion
  1. Minor performance applied at the time of rank promotion is cumulative from the week when the Silver and Gold rank promotions were achieved.
  2. Minor performance is checked every week from the time of promotion from the previous rank, and the performance of the final week is divided into major and minor.
  3. In the case of minor results applied at the time of promotion, after applying the minor performance applied at the time of promotion equally to major performance and minor performance, the remaining major and minor performances are applied at the time of promotion to a higher rank.
6. Bonuses

※ All members who are Silver and above will accumulate downline performance and receive bonuses starting from the closing day of the week when they achieved their personal monthly performance of 45,000 PV.

① Referral Bonuses
  1. Overview: This refers to bonuses paid in proportion to the sales performance (PV) of another member referred by the member.
  2. Paid to: It is paid to members who are Silver and above.
  3. Closing and Payment Dates: Every Thursday is the closing day of the week and bonuses are paid on the second Tuesday thereafter. (In the last week of the month, the closing day is the last day of the month.)
  4. Payment rate: 20% of the sales performance (PV) is applied.
  5. Other application: Paid when the member has achieved a personal retention performance of 45,000 PV or more for the month, and if not achieved, the referral bonuses closed during the week prior to the week of achievement will be subject to compressed rollup to upline members according to the referral tree.

② Team Bonus
  1. Overview: Bonuses are paid in proportion to the minor sales performance (PV) by dividing the sales performance (PV) on the referral tree by classifying major performance and minor performance.
  2. Paid to: Members who are Silver or higher
  3. Closing and Payment Dates: Every Thursday is the closing day of the week and bonuses are paid on the second Tuesday thereafter. (In the last week of the month, the closing day is the last day of the month.)
  4. Payment rate: 15% of minor performance sales revenue (PV)

  5. Other application 1: When the member achieves the monthly personal retention performance, the cumulative amount of the downline performance is applied from the week of achievement, and the major performance amount is accumulated after the closing of the week.
  6. Other Application 2: If no team bonus is generated for 12 weeks after the achievement of the rank of Silver or from the time the team bonus is generated, the accumulated performance will sequentially disappear.
  7. Other application 3: Payouts are paid within the legal limit (35% of total revenue), and in the event of an excess, weight is applied to team bonuses.

③ Referral Matching Bonus
  1. Overview: This is a bonus that is applied according to the rank in proportion to the amount generated when a member in a person's downline generates a team bonus.
  2. Paid to: Members who are Gold or higher
  3. Closing and Payment Dates: Every Thursday is the closing day of the week and bonuses are paid on the second Tuesday thereafter. (In the last week of the month, the closing day is the last day of the month.)

  5. Compression roll-up: Downline members who have not generated a team bonus on the referral tree are excluded from the applied number of referral matching bonuses.

④ Rank Promotion Bonus
  1. Overview: This is a bonus paid as a lump sum in celebration of promotion when a member is promoted to the OS and CW ranks.
  2. Paid to: Members that are OS rank or higher
  3. Deadline and payment date: 15th day of the following month after closing the month
  4. Amount paid

  5. Duplicate promotions: Even if a member is promoted to OS and CW rank within the same month, the rank promotion bonus is applied in duplicate.
⑤ Rank Bonus
  1. Overview: This bonus applies 100% within 5% of the total sales revenue (PV) of the company for the month, and it is paid in duplicate to lower ranks by differentiating the achieved monthly minor performance by rank.
  2. Paid to: Members that are Red Star rank or higher
  3. Deadline and payment date: 27th day of the following month after closing the month

⑥ Promotion
- OS, CW promotion
  1. Overview: This refers to a promotion in which a member referred by a member with the rank of OS or above achieves the rank of OS or CW are congratulated on the promotion, and the referrer and upline referrer are awarded a vacation getaway as a prize.
  2. Destination and period

- Travel Promotion
  1. Location: Domestic or overseas leadership seminar whose location is announced each time
  2. Date: Twice a year in May and November (the dates may change)
  3. Performance application period: October to March the following year / April to September
  4. Target points: Domestic (100 individual points / couples 150 points), overseas (200 individual points / couples 300 points)
  5. Common conditions for the subjects (Refer to the details when trainings and personal performance are announced within the period.)
  6. Scoring rules - Points are awarded according to the downline performance on the referral tree: Scores are based on performance, and points that are appropriate to the rank are awarded to the directly referring member and the upline referring member according to the referral tree of the member that referred Silver and Gold members.
